The experimental collaboration debuted at Paris Fashion Week Men’s, together with Van Beirendonck’s Spring-Summer 2025 collection. The Botanical Garden of Faculté de Pharmacie de Paris in Saint-Germain served as the main stage, where the ever-curious designer reflected on why garments are still made the same way as 30 years ago. “I aimed to challenge and reimagine traditional methods,” Van Beirendonck explained. “Why are clothes still being stitched when we have the potential to explore so many other techniques?”
His solution? Gluing. Taping. Pressing. These innovative techniques are at the heart of the collaboration, seen throughout the 19-piece collection, using certified cradle-to-cradle denim. Like on a pair of exaggerated square jeans with minimal stitching and embossed balls — a reference to the “Denim with Balls” concept.

Denim with Balls
The bearded Belgian designer. Our disruptive raw denim. We’ve joined forces with the legendary Walter Van Beirendonck on a collection that challenges the norms of garment construction. Denim experiments, avant-garde designs, sustainable fabrics. This is Denim with Balls.
AVANT-GARDE DENIM
AN ANTWERP LEGEND
Walter Van Beirendonck is synonymous with avant-garde fashion. Recognized as a member of the Antwerp Six (alongside designers such as Dries Van Noten and Ann Demeulemeester), he is known for constantly pushing the boundaries, always infusing his work with political and social commentary.
Merging the worlds of fashion, arts and culture, the Belgian designer has worked with independent artists and established brands. Some might remember his colorful rugs for IKEA or the playful chairs created with influential Dutch designer Maarten Baas.
While teaching at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp — his alma mater — Van Beirendonck mentored some of today’s most exciting fashion designers, including Raf Simons, Demna Gvasalia, and Kris Van Assche.
