Gli ordini vengono preparati per il trasporto quasi immediatamente dopo il pagamento e l’invio. Se l’ordine risulta “completato”, non sarà più possibile modificare l’ordine. Se lo desideri, puoi restituire l’intero ordine o qualsiasi articolo seguendo la procedura di reso.

Se stai avendo problemi con l’accesso al tuo account, controlla il tipo di errore indicato. L’errore più frequente consiste nella digitazione errata dell’indirizzo e-mail o della password. Puoi sempre scegliere di creare una nuova password.
- Posso scegliere un indirizzo di consegna diverso?

Sì. Durante il checkout puoi selezionare “Aggiungi un nuovo indirizzo” e fornire un indirizzo diverso dall’indirizzo di fatturazione.

Per trovare la tua taglia, controlla l’etichetta di un articolo G-Star che possiedi già. Se è la prima volta che acquisti da G-Star, consulta la “Guida alle taglie” nella pagina del prodotto per scegliere una taglia in base alle misure.

- Riceverò una conferma dell’ordine?

Sì. Ti invieremo un’e-mail di conferma dopo aver ricevuto l’ordine. Se pensi che ti sia stato addebitato un importo sul conto bancario ma non hai ricevuto un’e-mail di conferma, controlla la cartella spam. Se ti sei registrato, l’ordine sarà visibile anche nella pagina del tuo account.

Esistono due modi per verificare lo stato del tuo ordine:
• Nel tuo account G-Star: Accedi su G-Star.com, clicca su “My account” e quindi su “My orders”, li potrá controllare lo stato di spedizione del tuo ordine.
Quando il tuo ordine è stato completamente elaborato, lo stato verrà visualizzato come "completed". Una volta che l'ordine è stato spedito, troverá l'indicazione "Shipped" e un link con il numero T&T apparirà sotto lo stato dell'ordine. Cliccando sul collegamento, verrá inoltrato al sito del corriere responsabile.
Si noti che il numero di tracciamento verrá attivato solo dopo l'avvenuta spedizione.

Dipende dallo stato della spedizione. Contatta il servizio clienti non appena possibile e tieni il numero dell’ordine a portata di mano. Una volta elaborato, l’ordine non potrà più essere annullato.

In general, your order will be either left at your front door when it is safe to do so, sent to a pick-up location near your address, or it will be returned to G-STAR as undeliverable.
In each case, you will be able to view the delivery status via the carrier portal or “where is my order”.
- What are the delivery options & delivery costs?

We offer the following delivery options: Home delivery, DHL Express, and delivery to a Pickup Point
For home delivery:
- Standard delivery with DHL Parcel
- Shipping costs for home deliveries and deliveries to pickup points are 5.95 EUR.
Standard free shipping for orders above 50 EUR or, if you subscribe to our newsletter, you will enjoy standard free delivery. The delivery estimation time is 6 – 8 working days from the moment you place the order on G-Star.com.
For pickup point delivery:
- Collect at DHL Service Point
For DHL Express delivery:
- Shipping costs for DHL Express are 9.95 EUR. Delivery time is 1 – 4 working days.

We are happy to assist you. If your order is marked as delivered but you are still missing your G-STAR item(s); please follow the below steps:
Step 1: Check if you received two or more shipping confirmations for the same order. This means that you will receive multiple packages separately. Make sure that you check each track and trace information for each of the item(s)
Step 2: Make sure that the delivery address shown in the carrier portal matches your delivery address; some carriers will deliver your parcel(s) to neighbors or a pick-up location
Step 3: If your order still shows delivered but you were not able to locate it, please contact customer service

The delivery time is 1-2 working days. Please be aware that dispatch may take 2-4 days during sales.
- Can I modify my delivery address?

Once your order is placed, we are be able to modify your delivery address within 4 hours. We recommend that you contact our customer service via phone or chat in order to quickly assist you.
We aim to process every order as fast as possible, modifying an address is not always possible. You can also wait for the order to be shipped and contact the carrier to update the delivery address.In case you need assistance, please contact our customer service.

You are charged for your order once it has been shipped.
Please be informed that we will place an initial authorization for the total amount of your order immediately after you place the order. This is a temporary hold on funds that will automatically drop off within a few days.
Note: If your order includes multiple shipments and deliveries, you will see a charge for each item as it gets shipped.

If you have a valid store gift card you can contact our customer service. Our team will convert your store gift card into an online voucher.
